Dear Parents and Guardians
Registration for Fall 2026 Religious Education classes will be held on the following Saturdays in the hall at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Road, Seymour, from 9:30 AM to 11 AM. Future registration dates will be posted before classes start.
Saturdays 9:30 AM to 11 AM:
– July 25, 2026
– August 8, 2026
– August 15, 2026
Wednesdays 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM:
– August 12, 2026
– August 19, 2026
This registration is for children in Grades 1 through 7. 1st Grade and new students (not baptized at the Church of the Good Shepherd, Saint Augustine, or St. Nicholas Parish) must bring a copy of their Baptismal Certificate.
Current Grade 8 students preparing for Confirmation may also register, but the paperwork and fee schedule are different.
Educating our children in the Catholic faith is a great group of volunteers. We anticipate needing more volunteers for the Fall 2026 classes. Volunteers as teachers and substitute teachers are especially needed. Please join us!
The following is the fee schedule for the 2026-2027 Religious Education school year:
– $80 for one child in Grades 1-7
– $155 for 2 or more children in Grades 1-7
– $130 for Confirmation preparation
We cannot accept cash. Please write checks payable to Saint Nicholas Parish. Separate checks are needed for the two different programs.
